Abstract

To investigate whether women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) had greater risk of pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, placental abnormalities), or adverse pregnancy outcomes (preterm birth, small for gestational age, cesarean section, prolonged neonatal hospitalization) compared to women with no history of PCOS; and to determine if risk varied by subfertility and fertility treatment utilization.
