Abstract
Clever zu Clavolonin: Eine Totalsynthese des Lycopodium-Alkaloids Clavolonin (2) beginnt mit der linearen Vorstufe 1, die die 16-Kohlenstoffatom-Kette bereits enthält (siehe Schema). Intramolekulare und transannulare Kaskadensequenzen ausgehend von linearen wie makrocyclischen Vorstufen wurden untersucht. Eine Vielfalt polycyclischer Strukturen ist schnell aus einfachen acyclischen Vorstufen zugänglich.
