Abstract
C 14-Polyacetylenes artemisia ketone (I) and spiroketalenolether polyyne ( cis II and trans III), were isolated from the root of Japanese mugwort; Artemisia princeps Pamp. These components are different from those of the European plant ( Artemisia vulgaris L.).
