Abstract
The present study analyzed two conflict situations taken from the Diaries of the Republic Assembly, the main objective of this work being the linguistic-discursive analysis of these conflictswith the aim of understanding how these mechanisms are used by the speaker to build a relationship of (im)politeness. For this construction of an impolite relationship, speech acts (threatening to the face) and forms of treatment (essential in parliamentary sessions in terms of politeness and impoliteness) were analyzed. Thus, for all the aspects mentioned here, several mechanisms are used to mark conflicting situations, especially in the analyzed context (political context).
