Abstract
The Communication Policy is considered an essential element in business and strategies. In this way, placing a bibliographic review as the scientific literature on communication is internalized in the scope of Information Science. Bibliometric indicators for a theme Communication Policy are presented in front of a Reference Database of Articles from Journals in Information Science (Brapci). The study situates an exploratory qualitative-quantitative research and uses precepts and bibliometrics to assess the productivity of a memory in science. The diagnosis found 152 indexed articles, of which 18 fit the parameters established in the sample. The study proves the main researchers, periods of productivity and publication vehicles on the subject. In the conclusion, it is mentioned that the Communication Policy is an indispensable construct of Information Science, since, through interdisciplinarity, an expansion of conceptions that go beyond organizational practices increasingly improve the critical look at informational mediation in the university-society-innovation context.
