Abstract

It is a strategic need for China’s medical and health services to develop medical graduate education actively.The essay will study the development of China’s medical graduate education, based on the changes of education policy and the trait of teaching model reform. Studying medical graduate education policy is conducive to grasp the trends of education richen the education theory and provide basis for national policy adjustments. The evolution orbit of education policy: can be divided into 4 stages: Adjustment and regression phase (1978-1985), exploration and reform phase (1986-1991), deepening reform phase (1992-1998), active development phase (1999-2015). Studying the trait of teaching model reform are useful in understanding the phenomenon of education and providing a theoretical basis for teaching practice. Teaching model is a unified process of teaching and learning. Whose philosophy, objective, contents, methods and evaluation present different traits, including the diversification of philosophy and objective, the multidisciplinary and totalization of contents, the student-oriented class of methods, the valuing of both process and results. So far, China’s medical graduate education have obtained a rapid and good development. In the future, the development of medical graduate education should be improved on the basis of our national conditions, and meet the social development demand.
