Abstract
Abstract Nowadays, regarding to the initiative discovery and flexible management of distributed geospatial information services, no reliable and well developed methods or products are available due to the complexity of the web environment. By integrating semantic ontology, policy and software agent technologies, this paper proposed representation method of services collaborative management policy and policy driven self-management mechanism of geospatial agent. On this basis, multi-geospatial agents based collaborative service framework is provided to promote intelligent expression and flexible management of geospatial information service composition, and to reduce human interventions.
