Abstract

So far, we have looked at restrictive business practices within the context of the competitive process of international firms. This study would be incomplete without some reference to the ongoing work on the international aspects of controlling the restrictive business practices of transnationals. Indeed, it would be surprising, given the nature of the problem so far discussed, if such attempts were nonexistent.
