Abstract

This work is devoted to the use of grazing angle (unpolarized and polarized) neutron reflectometry for investigation of surface and interface phenomena. An example of a Ni-Ti multilayer is given to illustrate the possibilities of this technique and its sensitivity to the interfacial diffusion and surface magnetism.
