Abstract
The electric field and temperature dependence of the switching behaviour of TSCC and TSCC1-xBx with x=0.15 is studied. The measurements were made mainly in the low-field region up to 1 kV cm-1. The activation energy Delta F is determined and the influence of disturbed regions of the crystal on the switching process is described. A partial switching is observed.
