Abstract

The beginning of the twentieth century was an important period for the development of poetry. A demand for a revival of the poetic word became the most popular slogan of the time: of the many schools and groups of that day, there was perhaps not even one that did not advance this slogan with some degree of vehemence or irreconcilability.
