Abstract
It is considered the meaningful difference between linguistic concept and poetic concept in this paper. A word is linked with denotation, in the poetic language a word is linked with denotation, on the one side, and with poetic denotation, on the other side. So, poetic concept has particular structure where various components are represented as valence. Valence model of poetic concept is suggested here. Due to it poetic concept has sound valence, denotation valence, definition valence, associative valence, image valence, symbolic valence, value-estimation valence. All the valences are linked with the conceptual core. This model gives more means for analysis of poetic concepts and cognitive analysis of the poetic text. The important thing, that in the poetic text we don’t see separate poetic concepts, but cognitive structures, such as metaphor, metonymy, symbol, oxymoron etc. These cognitive structures we should consider as results of interaction between conceptual components of different poetic concepts - valences. The main thing, that different cognitive structures have different models of valence interaction.
