Abstract
Purpose: Adjuvant treatment with brachytherapy (BT) and/or external beam radiotherapy has reduced the local recurrence rate from 15-26% with surgery alone to <3-6% in intermediate and high risk early-stage endometrial carcinoma in phase III randomized trials. In the current study, we intend to report our outcomes on early stage endometrial cancer patients from a tertiary cancer care center in a developing nation.
