Abstract

Purpose
This study aims to create a web-based data recording and patient tracking system for cervical cancer patients treated with combined treatment in different centers: BrachydATA.
Materials and Methods
For this purpose, first of all, domain and hosting SSL for website were purchased, and then special software was purchased for data entry, storage, and processing. The patient, disease, treatment, treatment response, and toxicity characteristics that we planned to enter the system were determined following the literature review.
Results
The web address is http://www.brachydata.com/cervix/. The patient, disease, treatment, treatment response, and toxicity characteristics that we planned to enter the system as 4 main steps are shown in Table 1. It has been settled the system can automatically calculate EQD2 values for target and organs at-risk using the entered dose information, and the system can export the entered data as an excel table. Usernames will be given to enter the data from each center, and all users will be able to see the data only from their centers.
Conclusions
For now, only data entry could be made into the system, and the system will be developed by testing it by different centers and enabling artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to work in the background.
