Abstract
Refractory Angina Pectoris (RAP) has been successfully managed with SCS, but some patients need more stable and specific stimulation patterns to manage their pain. As a neuralgic center of the Cardiac Autonomic Nervous System, DRG could be seen as a target in the treatment of RAP pain, and maybe of other Cardiac pathologies as heart arrhythmias.
