Abstract

Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is a syndrome manifested by abdominal pain, endocrine and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Our goal was to assess the efficacy of IOT in improvement of pain levels and reduction of opioid use compared to traditional oral opioid therapy.
