Abstract
Subcallosal cingulate gyrus (SCG) is established as a potential deep brain stimulation (DBS) target for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) for decades. The optimal target positioning within SCG region is still in vague. Recently, connectivity-based target analysis is proposed as a potential method to help target positioning.
