Abstract

Currently, identifying a research idea is often a fraction of the entire process of clinical research as regulatory, legal and financial offices are involved. We present our experience in developing a successful pain management/neuromodulation clinical research program. Different from other programs (1) our unique characteristic is its success in acquiring clinical trials stemming from close collaboration between investigators and high qualified research team to create an infrastructure with particular research key tasks and checklist to assist in initiating and maintaining the research pursuits.
