Abstract
The left ventricular summit (LVS) is the most superior portion of the epicardial LV outflow tract and a frequent site of origin of ventricular arrhythmias (VAs). The left atrial appendage (LAA) anatomically overlays the LVS and can serve as a vantage point to map and ablate LVS-VAs.
