Abstract

We have previously shown that a focal lattice-tip ablation catheter, able to deliver either focal RFA or pulse field ablation (PFA) lesions, can treat atrial fibrillation (AF). The ability to toggle from RFA to PFA when ablating along the posterior left atrial (LA) wall avoids the risk of esophageal damage. Performing complex ablation for persistent AF with the lattice tip ablation catheter using a fluoroless approach has not been previously described.
