Abstract

We describe 2 patients with right anteroseptal accessory pathway (ASAP) who developed new left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) due to worsening AV node conduction which resulted in more pre-excitation and frequent orthodromic reciprocating tachycardia (ORT).
