Abstract

The presence of atrial low-voltage substrate (LVS) in AF patients is associated with greater risk of atrial arrhythmia (AA) recurrence following pulmonary vein isolation (PVI). Surface ECG P-wave duration (PWD) and amplitude (PWA) are influenced by LVS, but a P-wave metric that accurately quantifies LVS has not yet been identified.
