Abstract

Bidirectional ventricular tachycardia (VT) is an uncommon arrhythmia which occurs most commonly in the setting of digoxin toxicity, catecholaminergic polymorphic VT, or Andersen-Tawil Syndrome. We present a case of bidirectional VT due to idiopathic premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) from two distinct foci treated with catheter ablation.
