Patients with cardiac amyloidosis have a high incidence of symptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF) and frequently have difficulty tolerating rate-control therapy. Outcomes of catheter ablation for rhythm-control in patients with transthyretin (aTTR) cardiac amyloidosis have not been well described.
