Abstract
We report the case of a cystic pneumocystis with pneumothorax in a patient with AIDS. Previously described as one of the hallmarks of pneumocystis pneumonia with diffuse ground glass opacities, cysts have become infrequent. This case highlight to remember the saying: there is “cyst” in pneumocystis.
