We describe a fully vaccinated child with a cochlear implant in whom recurrent pneumococcal meningitis developed, caused by a vaccine serotype
We described 8 previously healthy children with serotypespecific immune unresponsiveness after invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD), a second IPD episode did not develop in these children [4]
