Abstract

Predictive control strategy is applied to permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system, it can achieve fast dynamic response and high-precision tracking control, but depending on the mathematical model of the (PMSM), the load disturbance will affect the control performance of system. Therefore, a control method based on the combination of Luenberger observer and predictive control is proposed to construct a double closed-loop predictive control system. Through the load disturbance estimated by the Luenberger observer, the torque current compensation produced is used as the feedforward compensation of the speed loop to achieve disturbance suppression. The simulation results under Simulink environment show that this method can improve the dynamic response performance and steady-state accuracy of the control system, and greatly improve the robustness.
