Abstract
The information technology industry in Japan has required universities to provide project management education. In Tokyo University of Technology, role-play training has been carried out as part of project management education. In the work described in this paper, we focus on the development of system in order to acquire skills of project management competency area of decision making required for an excellent project manager. Comparative evaluation shows that role-play exercises using the developed system have a much greater educational effectiveness.
