Abstract
Specific scopeThis Standard specifies the general quality management requirements needed to perform diagnostic tests for plant pests in a laboratory. Another Standard (PM 7/98) includes specific quality management requirements for laboratories preparing for accreditation according to ISO/IEC Standard 17025 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories (references to relevant parts of ISO/IEC Standard 17025 are included).Specific approval and amendmentThis Standard was first approved in 2007‐09.Revision approved in 2018‐09. This first revision was prepared to incorporate the conclusions and recommendations of the Workshop on Flexible Scope 2017‐06‐26/28.
