SummaryLast years'observations and studies seem to show that there is not one, but four outbreak areas of Locusta migratoria migratorioides (Reiche & Fairmaire, 1850) e.g.: flood plains of Mali, North-East State in Nigeria, Kassala and Blue Nile Provinces in Sudan, South-West of Madagascar.
