Abstract
Bu calismada Pleurotus ostreatus Jacq. ex. Fr.’un Gaziantep ilinden toplanan dogal formu ve marketlerde satisi yapilan kultur formu materyal olarak kullanilmistir. P. ostreatus ’un etanol ozutlerinin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri agar dilusyon yontemiyle belirlenmistir. Ayrica yas yakma metodu ile atomik absorpsiyon spektrofotometresinde agir metal ve mineral madde icerikleri saptanmistir. Yapilan calismalar ile P. ostreatus ’un dogal ve kultur formlarinin gerek antimikrobiyal aktivitelerinin gerekse mineral madde iceriklerinin tespiti ve kiyaslanmasi amaclanmistir.
