Abstract

The article is devoted to research in the field of designing hardware platforms designed for the implementation of computer control systems for unmanned vehicles and modes of robotic control in transport. The organization of traffic in difficult conditions is key for the transport systems of the regions of the Arctic zone. The solution of tasks within this organization is associated with the processing of uncertainty at different levels of the transport system management process. The article discusses various types of uncertainty, the manifestation of which can be expected in the dynamic process of management. Using the example of the organization of interaction of smart controllers in an electronic hitch, the authors substantiate the use of technological means of implementing the computing base of intelligent (smart) vehicle controllers that provide efficient processing of big data in in-real-time mode, the stability of the Intelligent electronic hitch system to changes in the topology of the connection of controllers based on heterogeneous components of computing means. The results reflected in the article show that cloud technologies, for example, can be used in smart controller systems of any level of complexity designed to control unmanned vehicles.
