Abstract
AbstractIn the conditions of increasing competition in the market of agricultural products and rapidly changing consumer preferences, the solution of problems in the agro-industrial complex is possible on the basis of the transition to digital agriculture. The paper examines the process of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and the advantages of introducing “platform” law in agricultural activities. The analysis of the legal regulation of the digital economy with the countries of the European Union was carried out, which made us understand the shortcomings of legislative and law-making activities. This analysis helped to predetermine the main idea of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in the Russian Federation, which in the future will serve as a good tool for conducting work in the field of agriculture. The main purpose of the study is to study the legal aspects of the development of the digital agro-industrial complex, as well as the positive and negative sides regulating legal relations in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
