Autor discus blepharoplasty role in periorbital rejuvenation, restoring the function of the eyelids, provide some information about patient selection, surgical technique and complication of surgery. Autor present methods of skin removal, treatment of the orbicularis oculi muscle and palpebral fat in order to obtain a good functional and aesthetic effect.
