Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of optical activity (rotation of the polarization plane of light by matter) of organic synthesis in a plasma–liquid system with a rotating gliding discharge submerged in a liquid. The initial reagents of synthesis were ethanol, ammonia, and CO2. The possibility of plasma–chemical synthesis of an optically active substance when all the starting reagents are not active in the synthesis is shown.
