Abstract

The effects of turbulent fluctuations on the plasma wave echo have been investigated for a one-dimensional weakly turbulent electron plasma. It has been found that the interaction between electrons and fluctuations gives rise to (i) damping of the plasma echo, (ii) shift of the maximum position of plasma echo, and (iii) suppression of the peak intensity of plasma echo.
