Cover: The cover shows images of electron beam produced plasmas used in processing applications at the US Naval Research Laboratory. The images shown are of plasmas produced by (clockwise from the top): a magnetized sheet‐beam, an un‐magnetized cylindrical beam, and parallel magnetized sheet beams.
