Abstract
Plasma-Assisted Deposition of TiO2 Nanomembranes In article number 2100767, Laura Montes, Carmen López-Santos, Ana Borrás, and co-workers develop TiO2 nanofibers by soft-template and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition on porous substrates as cellulose filters and metallic meshes. These 3D nanomembranes work as microliter water/oil droplets filters, photoactive microfluidic valves, or self-cleaning surfaces thanks to the combination of three roughness scales, surface functionalization with perfluorinated molecules, and embedding in a stretchable polymer.
