Abstract

Introduction: Coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) enables three-dimensional reconstruction of the coronary tree and hence precise assessment of plaque distribution and vessel geometric features. We evaluated if CCTA-derived geometric lesion characteristics (GLCs) encompassing plaque location and vessel geometry add to stenosis severity and morphological plaque assessment for predicting future culprit lesions associated with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
