Abstract
You've read our message in The Leading Edge and Carrying the Torch. You've heard us repeat that message during the SEG Annual Meeting: Make a difference … pay it forward. You may have asked yourself, how can I make a difference? I'm just one person. Peter Duncan, past president of SEG (2004) and currently a director on the SEG Foundation Board, perhaps said it best: “The SEG Foundation is great only because of the efforts of individuals. One idea, one vision, one donation of time or money is where it all starts. The Foundation is a sum of ones.”
