Abstract

In June, the authority responsible for the postgraduate education and training of healthcare professionals, Health Education England (HEE), will set out its plans for the implementation of moving full General Medical Council registration to point of graduation from medical school. The government has highlighted the moving of registration as a priority in HEE’s mandate for April 2014 to March 2015.
