Abstract

Considering the low-carbon construction of integrated community energy system (ICES), this paper proposes a planning method for ICES considering the carbon trading price uncertainty. The information gap decision theory (IGDT) is used to deal with the uncertainty of carbon trading price, and an IGDT-based planning model of ICES is established. By minimizing the total cost associated with carbon trading cost, the optimal capacity allocation is obtained. Then avoidance coefficient is introduced to depict the range of acceptable maximum carbon trading price fluctuation of ICES. Numerical results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
