Abstract

Peking University Third Hospital was cited as an example in this paper to study how to guide public opinion and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship by using WeChat official platform.It pointed out that the public relations office of the hospital should keep track of the ongoing healthcare reform, and leverage the functions of mass media, improve professionalism of their media workers, and build a long-term mechanism to response to public opinions in time.
