Abstract

Power divider is one of the most important devices in microwave and millimeter wave communication systems, which is widely used in antenna array feed systems and power amplifier. Two different planar power dividers that are easy to integrate are proposed in this paper: an 8-way equal power ratio planar power divider with ring circuit and an 8-way planar Gysel power divider with sector layout. The simulation results show that in the range of 5.6GHz~7.4GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.85 dB, the return loss is greater than 16.16dB, the isolation is greater than 21.41dB and the relative bandwidth is 27.7%.
