Abstract

We prepared SIS' (insulating barrier I, different superconducting electrodes S, and S') hybrid Josephson junctions on the polished surface of Ba-122 single crystals as a base electrode and used Pb as a thin-film counter electrode. We obtained $I_{c}R_{N}$ -products up to 1.15 mV and got remarkable $I_{c}R_{N}\mbox{-}T$ dependence. The influence of microwave irradiation to the junctions will be discussed.
