Abstract

Placenta percreta is a rare condition, which can lead to significant morbidity and potentially, mortality. This paper discusses two cases of complete placenta previa with placenta percreta invading the urinary bladder. Both patients underwent caesarean hysterectomy and experienced delayed bladder bleeding postoperatively.
