Abstract

(Int J Obstet Anesth. 2021;46:102975) Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a leading cause of major obstetric hemorrhage [postpartum hemorrhage (PPH)], severe maternal morbidity and peripartum hysterectomy, and has become more prevalent over the last 70 years. This review aims to report updated information on PAS for obstetric anesthesiologists.
