Abstract

Buschke Löwenstein tumor is a venereal disease characterized by its degenerative and recurrent risk.. Surgery remains the last therapeutic remedy, but it is the only treatment of voluminous forms. The objective of this study was to report a case of surgery without reconstruction for acuminate giant condyloma. Observation: this patient is 54 years old, without a history of pathology, addressed by dermatology for the management of a giant perineo-vulvarcondyloma. HIV serology was negative. Mass excision was performed followed by a simple suture without muscular-cutaneous interposition. The postoperative course was uneventfull with a discharge on Day6. After 1-year follow-up, there was no recurrence. Conclusion: result of giant condyloma acuminate surgery is suspended to a very probable loss of substance, making random a simple suture.
