Abstract
A pixelwise readout circuit for application in microbolometer focal plane arrays (FPAs) is studied. A current mirroring injection input circuit that is suitable for a pixelwise architecture and has high responsivity is proposed. The noise equivalent temperature difference can be improved to 31 mK.
