Abstract

AbstractThe Arizona State Museum, funded by El Paso Natural Gas Company, excavated a pit house (Arizona CC: 10:1) 11 miles northeast of Willcox, Arizona, in January 1969. The site has affinities to the San Simon branch of the Mogollon and on ceramic evidence is believed to have been inhabited between A.D. 1100-1200.
